Polyurethane paint

Polyurethane paint, also known as polyamino ester paint, features a tough film, glossy finish, strong adhesion, and resistance to water, wear, and corrosion.

It is widely used in high-end wooden furniture and can also be applied to metal surfaces.

Its main drawbacks include blistering in humid conditions, film powdering, and, like polyester paint, a tendency to yellow. The clear variety of polyurethane paint is called polyurethane varnish. This type of paint has a bright, full-gloss film that is hard and wear-resistant, resistant to oil, acid, chemicals, and industrial exhaust, with good electrical properties. It can be mixed with various resins and its formula can be adjusted over a wide range to meet different needs. It is widely used in woodworking, automobiles, aircraft, machinery, electrical appliances, instruments, plastics, leather, paper, textiles, petrochemicals, and many other areas.
